The Franz Alpine Retreat has been purpose built for couples, families or groups with facilities that allow you to feel at home, relax, do your own thing and ultimately enjoy the breathtaking environment around you.

Our rural and tranquil retreat is just 4km outside of Franz Josef township, away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to make use of all the wonderful things this town has to offer.
Please note that there is no public transport or taxi service in Franz Josef, and our location is more suited to those with their own transport.
